criticalVEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
Filed: Mar 2003
Your accelerator cable broke or became disconnected while you were driving. This caused the vehicle speed control to malfunction. The accelerator cable connects your gas pedal to the engine and controls how much fuel is delivered, so if it breaks, your car won't respond to the pedal. Replacing the accelerator cable should fix this issue.
