Your adaptive cruise control has unexpectedly tried to stop your car twice on flat, straight highways when no vehicle was ahead of you. Pressing the cancel button, accelerator, or brake pedal didn't shut off the system, and it actually braked harder when you tried to accelerate. You had to pull off the highway, turn off the engine completely, and restart it to regain control of the car.

Your car suddenly accelerated aggressively without warning while you were slowly turning right to park in a parking lot. The brakes didn't respond quickly enough to stop the acceleration, and your car went up a hill before hitting something in front of it.

While pulling into a handicapped parking space at low speed, your car suddenly accelerated on its own from 5 mph to 20 mph in 5 seconds, jumped over the curb, and hit a handicapped sign and landscaping. The vehicle's computer appeared to take control of the acceleration without your input. The airbags did not deploy during the collision.

I was pulling into a parking spot and my vehicle suddenly accelerated. I slammed on the brakes and the car did stop, but not before hitting a railing in front of me. There were also trees close to the railing, so the camera should have detected those as a barrier and I believe the veauto-braked, even if I had not hit the brakes.
