Your driver's door handle mechanism failed at 88,000 miles, leaving you unable to open the door from inside or outside the vehicle. You had to crawl out through the passenger door to drive to the dealer for repair. The repair required replacing the entire door opening mechanism and the interior door panel that was damaged during removal, costing over $1,000 total.
