Your door locks are repeatedly locking and unlocking on their own, happening multiple times throughout the day—both when parked and while driving. This has been happening for over a year, and the dealership hasn't been able to identify the cause. Because of this issue, you can't safely leave items in your vehicle since the locks may be up when you return. The fix will likely require diagnosing and repairing the electrical circuit controlling the door lock actuators, which may involve replacing a faulty switch, relay, or wiring.
