About two weeks after having your transmission flushed, your car suddenly stopped while driving with strong vibrations beforehand. A repair shop found that the differential (transfer case) had no oil inside and a broken bearing that damaged the transmission, requiring a complete rebuild. The transmission flush shop claims the seal between the transmission and differential may have failed due to age, causing the oil to leak out over time, though you suspect they may have accidentally drained the differential during the service.
