While driving at 68 MPH, your sunroof suddenly exploded with a loud gunshot-like sound, creating a large hole in the glass. A big piece of glass landed behind your right ear, and air rushed into the vehicle — you had to pull over at a rest stop to clean it out. The glass had multiple hairline cracks and fractures, which you believe happened due to pressure buildup from extended high-speed driving.

Your 2023 Corolla Cross doesn't have a rear windshield wiper, which leaves you with almost no visibility through the back window in rain, snow, mud, or wet conditions. This makes it dangerous to see behind you while driving or backing up. Installing a rear wiper assembly could restore visibility and improve safety.

Nothing has happened yet but I feel that the wipers on this vehicle, in high speed, are not adequate to clear the windshield in a heavy rain. I have great anxiety driving in heavy rain since purchasing this vehicle. I would like this to be noted in case others complain and hopefully it can lead to a solution.
