Your rear tire blew out while driving at about 10 mph while turning, even though the tires were original equipment with only 11,200 miles on them. You contacted your local Subaru dealer about the failure. The tire may need to be replaced, and the dealer can inspect whether there was a manufacturing defect or road damage.
