Your 2022 RAM 3500 was involved in a rear-end collision at 65 mph when the brakes failed to stop the vehicle in time. The airbags did not deploy during the crash, even though the driver sustained injuries to his shoulders and head. The vehicle has not been inspected by a dealer to diagnose why the airbags failed to activate or why the brakes were ineffective. Diagnosis will require a professional inspection of both the airbag system and brake system to determine what prevented them from functioning during the collision.
