> I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue brand new and it now has only 32,000 miles. It has a major water leak—flooding the interior through the lights, vents, and floor—yet Nissan won’t cover it under warranty and State Farm denied my comprehensive claim. The vehicle has sat exposed for 3 weeks at the body shop during constant rain, worsening the damage.

I bought this vehicle from Nissan Of Queens. I was not able to observed that the Left Headlights were cracked slightly. Luckily for me, I had taken a picture of the Vehicle before I took the vehicle from the Dealer and texted it to a friend; because he wanted to see the color of the vehicle.
