Nissan Leaf experienced large state of charge fluctuations while driving. State of charge was jumping up and down rapidly. Vehicle was taken in to Alpine Nissan in Federal Height, Colorado.

RE: Manufacturer Recall Number R24B2 - No Remedy available for more than a year! I am the original owner of my 2019 Nissan Leaf SL in California but have been unable to use my car for traveling due to the fast charge port recall. I have performed all the services and the recalls at the local Nissan dealer but there is still no remedy for the fast charge issue.

Clunking Noise occurs during acceleration - this sound occurs from a stationary situation and when the car moves forward. This clunk can be jarring and sudden, and may escalate later into damage to the front axel.

During the last 3 winters I have noticed the car do something strange when going up an extended highway inclines. The battery % along with the estimated miles left will drop suddenly (~40% in a minute) and when I would go over the top of the hill most of the battery % and miles would return. During the 2021-2022 winter, I noticed this happen only once or twice.

I have been waiting for a fix to be available for recall 24V-700 for almost 2 years now. Nissan is also refusing to honor their bulletin posting that they will provide a rental upon customer request.

There was no incident...but I am reporting the fact that Nissan has not provided a remedy and the recall has been in place over a year. I and other owners of affected Nissan Leafs are not able to use the car to its full capacity.

R24B2 Battery recall has been going on for a full year now with remedies being moved every time the date has been reached. Nissan refuses a buyback, but still has no solution to the no fast charging mandate. The car would NOT have been purchased if I had known there is essentially no level 3 charging on this car.

Cant fast charge the Vehicle, remedy has not been issued yet. Remedy keeps getting pushed back. latest remedy went from March 2025-October 2025.

Stuck in a snow drift, slightly down hill, rocking the car forward and back, twice it went into an uncommanded full throttle forward. Even after removing my foot from the accelerator with no other control inputs the car was in high speed forward mode. I had to hit the brake each time to get it to shut down.
