Your parked vehicle caught fire and subsequently exploded while at a 7-Eleven in Silvis, Illinois on January 2nd, 2018. When you contacted Kia about the incident and provided black and white photos from the fire department and police, the company refused to support you, citing that they needed color photographs instead.
