Your rear frame has rusted through, causing the entire rear end to shift significantly even at moderate speeds like 30 mph. This is severe enough that you've had to stop driving the vehicle. The rest of the frame appears to be in acceptable condition. Fixing this will likely require welding or replacing the damaged rear frame section.

MY WIFE WAS DRIVING ON I-80 WHEN THE VEHICLE SWAYED VERY BADLY AND ALMOST HIT A ANOTHER VEHICLE. SHE IMMEDIATELY SLOWED AND EXITED THE HIGHWAY. UPON INSPECTION THE FRAME SEVERED AND BROKE WHERE THE SUSPENSION ATTACHES TO THE FRAME RIGHT BEHIND THE REAR TIRE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THIS VEHICLE IS A DEATH TRAP... THIS VEHICLE CAN BE DIFFICULT TO CONTROL IN HIGH WINDS AND REQUIRES CONSTANT VIGILANCE AGAINST WIND GUSTS. I HAVE DRIVEN AND OWNED OTHER SMALL VEHICLES THAT WERE NOT SO SERIOUSLY AFFECTED BY WIND.
