Your car suddenly accelerated on its own while you were driving, and when you tried to brake, the brakes didn't respond because the brake override system failed. Unable to stop the vehicle, you had to swerve off the road to avoid hitting others, which caused the car to flip multiple times and land on its roof with the engine still running.
