Your van's cooling system is failing repeatedly despite repairs. The cooling fan isn't turning on, the radiator isn't circulating coolant properly, and the engine shuts down due to overheating — this happened both before and after a shop replaced the water pump, radiator, fan belt, and thermostat. The cooling system may need diagnostic work to find the underlying cause of the repeated failures.
