Your 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee's forward collision warning and automatic braking systems aren't working. When vehicles ahead of you slow down or stop, you're not getting any visual alerts, warning sounds, or automatic braking help — you have to brake manually yourself to avoid a collision. Testing at the dealership showed the system wouldn't activate at all on your vehicle, and another identical Jeep only activated when within 3 feet of an obstacle. The fix will likely involve diagnostic testing and reprogramming or replacement of the collision avoidance control module.
