Your dashboard has started to bubble and peel, which is obstructing your view through the windshield. This can make it difficult to see the road clearly while driving. The issue appears to be a defect in the dashboard material itself. Fixing this will likely require dashboard replacement or refinishing by a professional.

The front glass panel of the panoramic sunroof spontaneously shattered. The car was going approximately 45-50 mph when a loud "bang" was heard. Broken glass could be heard inside the closed sunroof liner. Upon inspection, there was no physical damage to the front end of the car, hood, or roof indicating that something may have struck the car. An inspection of the sunroof showed a sizable hole in the middle of the sunroof glass panel with accompanying cracks in the sunroof safety glass. The car can be inspected upon request. The safety of the driver and passengers could have been compromised if the sunroof shade/liner was retracted. The problem has not been reproduced although the dealer has confirmed that incidences such as this have occurred. The vehicle has not been inspected at this time, but an inspection is scheduled. There were no warning lamps or other notifications alerting the driver to the malfunction
