Your airbags failed to deploy during a high-speed collision with a deer at 65 mph, despite the severe impact causing over $7,300 in front-end damage. You sustained a head injury from striking the steering wheel and window, resulting in ongoing neck pain and migraines. A sulfur smell was present during the impact, which may indicate an airbag system malfunction. Having the airbag system inspected and repaired by a technician is essential to ensure proper deployment in future accidents.

Your headlights randomly go out completely while driving at night — sometimes just one, sometimes both — even though your high beams and fog lights still work when you turn them on. This problem happens intermittently and has been ongoing for a while. The issue likely involves a faulty headlight relay, wiring connection, or headlight module that controls when the regular headlights turn on and off.

The contact owns a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed at night, the headlights failed to illuminate as needed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the cause of the failure could not be determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.
The headlight lenses are hazing on the inside. I have turned this defect in for warranty repair and repair was denied. I contacted Jeep and I was told since it was denied there is nothing more they can do. The hazing on the inside of the lese is defusing the lights and visibility is drastically reduced at night. I have researched this issue and what I find out is the haze is caused by the heat of the BiXenon HID is burning the inside of the headlight lense.
