2022 Honda Civic Brakes Problems

Your car's warning lights suddenly all illuminated at once while driving at low speed. When you tried to brake, the brake pedal went straight to the floor with no resistance, causing complete brake failure. Within seconds, flames shot out from under the hood and engulfed the engine bay, eventually consuming the entire front half of the vehicle. The fire was severe enough that you had to intentionally crash into a curb to stop the car and escape.

On July 1 and July 27 when I started the vehicle a warning came on saying collision mitigation braking issue. See your dealer. It is available for inspection upon request.

The vehicle brake suddenly and has light appear when parked and or not driven. Car shut off once on the freeway already and yesterday the whole car would not run . It has been in and out service about ten times and they can’t find an issue This is calling emotional distress, the Breaking with kids in the car almost causing an accident three times with this vehicle.

The contact owns a 2022 Honda Civic. The contact stated while driving approximately 20 MPH, the Forward Collision Avoidance; Emergency Automatic Braking activated inadvertently without a vehicle being nearby. The contact stated that the brake pads made a loud grinding sound.

I was driving at 75MPH in Adaptive Cruise Control. The closest car in front or beside me was at least 1/4 mile away. The weather was perfect, no rain, wind, etc.

Driving down the high way at about 55-60 miles an hour went to overtake a vehicle and brake system light, and flashing parking brake late came on all systems such as cruise control, lane mitigation, lane keep assist, brake assist and reduced braking performance messages came up on the dash about the foruth time this happens, had gone to the dealer before for the same issue.
