2018 Honda Civic Airbags Problems

Passenger airbag deployed with no impact, crash, or anything forceful to have activated it. Passenger airbag cracked windshield glass and injured passenger. An airbag issue was not included in any recall notification from manufacturer in the past year(s).

I was coming to a stop when ONLY the passenger airbag deployed breaking my windshield. I then called the police.

I was making a turn not even 2 miles and the airbag just came out when I just got the car for 2 weeks , carfax said no accident , took the car back to dealer, they said I hit the car when is not a scratch, they don’t want to fix it or be responsible, I took the car with other mechanic and he find out that car has been in an accident and the dealer is lying , after I saw the pict online the car it’s the same ven number but rims and other stuff don’t match

I was driving when all of a sudden as I was turning left into a parking area my driver side airbag self deployed, Causing me to lose some control of the stirring wheel. No crash minor injuries to left hand, arm, and stomach.

As Karen drove over a speed bump in a residential area, the airbag deployed, causing Karen serious injuries.

On april 20, 2019 my honda civic hatchback was hit on the front driver side. Only the passager airbag deployed

Had a bumper to bumper crash on freeway during rush hour traffic was stopping and going between 5 to 15 miles an hour I was hit from behind while my car was on neutral then I hit car in front of me my bumpers and grill plus safety bumper bar was bent into radiator, front vehicle had small dent plus bumper damage my front car was totaled. Bumpers are clip ons they can fall at any moment.

On 11/28/2018, I was driving on freeway and the air bag in my car deployed with no reason. I sent the car to the dealer for investigation. The dealer told me that the air bag is deployed because they found a dent on the rear control arm which I found hard to believe.

Contacted Honda Corporate multiple times including the dealer , no remedy to ensure the safety of my vehicle which is at risk of stalling during operation related to national recall of fuel pump indicating the vehicle is unsafe to operate. Case manager from Honda Corporate uninformed, disengaged and rude. No transportation accommodations, no call or follow ups .

Passenger front air bag not working. The air bag warning light has been coming on and off, over the last year.

Air bag light on passenger side comes on indicating airbag is off even though passenger is in seat. Happens often.

Had to have to many oil changes, almost one a month , not good on the milage then a camry maybe would hold off that many changes.
