2016 Honda Accord Airbags Problems

On June 9, 2025, my 2016 Honda Accord’s driver seatbelt detached and yanked my body with excessive force during a collision, it felt like not lifted me up to the roof The seatbelt’s jerking motion was so odd and intense causing serious injuries including a ruptured breast implant, nerve damage, and cervical spine trauma. The airbags failed to deploy despite a front and side impact.

Got hit on front driver side in a crash and passenger side airbag went off, not the driver side.

Takata recall was aggressively injured by the air bag I feel that should not of happened and I feel it also should not of gone off the accident was minor

Was hit on my passenger side, the only bags that went off were on the passengers side and they did not inflate. Was driving on a street when another auto lost control and wiped out the side of my car.

I purchased a honda accord sport sedan 2016 on june 22, 2016. I was in a car accident on september 29, 2016 and the air bag deployed and I received a second degree burn to my left hand and it burned through my left sleeve on my zip up sweater.

The contact owns a 2016 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while starting the vehicle, the SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) warning light illuminated and remained illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the module was not functioning as intended.

On two different occasions I had to take my 2016 honda accord for a "srs " air bag (p2801 code) total interal failure. Dealership replaced unit and cleared dtcs. Seat belts were buckled but system would not register as being buckled.

Car has airbag light on. American Honda is non responsive to my calls for assistance on the backoredered part. Vehicle is being driven without srs properly functioning.

I bought 28 december 2015,just 2 months and few days air bag signal were appear twice.this is brand new car and 5 years warranty on it. It's appeared air bag signal 03/09/2016.

I bought a 2016 honda accord ex-l on 14 oct 2015. Exactly on 23 oct 2015, I saw the red indicator saying srs airbag problem. Consumer sent attached invoice.
