Your headlamp warning light keeps coming on even though both lights work fine. When driving with automatic headlights on, your headlamps rapidly cycle between bright and normal when approaching other vehicles, and this continues even in manual mode. The Ford dealer identified a wet automatic headlamp module as the likely cause, which costs about $1,200 to repair and is reportedly a known Ford issue. This creates a safety concern since the flashing bright lights can distract oncoming drivers.

Your front passenger side lighting component started blinking about 6 months ago and is now completely out. When you tried to replace just the bulb, you were told you need to buy the entire lighting unit for $2,800 at the dealership. You've found that hundreds of other Ford owners, mostly from 2020-2025 models, are experiencing the same problem, and Ford has declined to cover it under warranty. Fixing this will likely require replacing the entire front passenger side lighting assembly rather than just the bulb.

Purge valve has now failed twice since owning the vehicle (1 year and 5 months old). First purge valve went out when the vehicle was only 4 months old (Oct 2022). Second purge valve went out at 1 year old (June/July 2022). The main concern that I am reaching out for- Drivers side headlight - a small bird flew into the headlight and cracked it. Placed a hole in the headlight, causing water to get in and stop working. There is no way that a headlight should crack from a bird flying into it.
