Your brake pedal is positioned too high, which caused your right foot to become stuck between the accelerator and brake pedal during a low-speed crash. You were unable to stop in time because of this pedal positioning issue. This may require adjusting the brake pedal height or investigating the pedal assembly design.

During braking the car experienced what seemed to be a glitch and lost all breaking power. Foot went to the floor and had to press and release multiple times for break power assist to come back. This happened three times within 100 mile drive.
