Shift gear assembly failure
The shifter cable for this car once again came undone. I did the first original recall a couple a years ago and once again the same issue is happening.
The service Transmisson lite came on and then it was flashing gear not available and put in N, R, D. but was stuck in N while i was driving on the interstate at 70MPH, I almost got ran over trying to get off the road. The TCM was already replaced. I had replaced the SDU and still does the same thing. This happens often. The car will sit for a while and then it will do it again. It will also rev up like up press the gas pedal down but not touching it, this will happen while setting or after I put it in drive. The Bluetooth isn't working, it will work if the battery is unplugged but then after a day or 2 it stops. I have replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils and it still losses power occasionally. The back up camera doesn't work sometimes also the air condition and the air will come on but shows that it's off. This car is a piece of garbage, and dealers will just keep selling it even though they know it has a lot of issues that they can't seem to fix. Most of the people in the forums all having the same issues that never get fixed! This car needs a total RECALL.
May 2020 - informed of a transmission shifter cable recall , addressed and fixed 05/14/2020 March 11th 2024 - transmission shifter cable failure.
THE CAR WILL NOT START. ALL THE LIGHTS AND ELECTRICAL COME ON WHEN KEY IS IN, BUT THE CAR DOESN'T EVEN TRY TO TURN OVER. I ALREADY HAD A SENSOR REPLACED THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THE PROBLEM, BUT IT KEEPS OCCURRING. GIVES A WARNING THAT STATES AUTOSTICK IS UNAVAILABLE, SERVICE TRANSMISSION. IT ALSO KEEPS TELLING ME I HAVE A PARKING LIGHT OUT, WHICH I DON'T. THE CAR ALSO HAS A BRAND NEW BATTERY. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I AM TIRED OF WONDERING IF MY CAR WILL START WHEN I NEED TO GET MY CHILDREN FROM SCHOOL.
THE CLUTCH PEDDLE GOES TO FLOOR AND WON'T RETURN IT IS STATED BY MANY OTHERS THAT THE CLUTCH PEDDLE SLAVE CYLINDERS ARE DEFECTIVE IN THESE CARS WHEN THIS HAPPENS IT MADE THE CAR UNSAFE TO DRIVE TRY TO GET IN TO A DODGE DEALERSHIP THEY SAIS IT WILL BE A WEEK BEFORE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO LOOK AT IT THEY KNOW THEIR IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS PART I DO HAVE DOCUMENTATION ABOUT OTHERS HAVING TIS SAME ISSUE.
MY CLUTCH STARTED TO STUCK TO THE FLOOR AND THEN IT GAVE OUT. IT WAS IN MOTION WHEN IT DECIDED TO GET STUCK TO THE FLOOR WHEN TRYING TO SHIFT GEARS.
ON 9/23/19 I WAS STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT AND WAS HIT IN THE REAR AND WAS PUSH INTO THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME. THE FORCE OF IMPACT WAS SO EXTREME MY CAR WAS TOTALED AND I HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE. NOT EVEN ONE AIR BAG DEPLOYED!!! THEY SAY THIS CAR HAS 10 AIR BAGS AND NOT ONE OF THEM DEPLOYED. I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD I WASN'T. I WANT ANSWERS AS TO WHY NOT EVEN ONE OF MY 10 AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE ENTIRE REAR OF MY CAR WAS PUSHED INTO THE BACK SEAT, THE FRONT OF THE CAR THE HOOD WAS PUSHED TO THE WINDSHIELD, LIKE I SAID THE CAR IS TOTALED. IF YOU COULD SEE MY CAR YOU WOULD BE ASKING, WHY DID NOT ONE AIR BAG DEPLOY, THIS IS DEFINITELY A DEFECT THAT COULD OF COST ME MY LIFE! *DT*JB
CAR NEEDS SHIFTER CABLE BUSHINGS ON THE TRANSMISSION, WITHOUT THE PROPER BUSHINGS, THE TRANSMISSION MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO BE SHIFTED, EVEN THOUGH THE SHIFTER MAY SHOW THE TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN SHIFTED. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP, AND THE FCA RECALL ASSISTANCE CENTER AND WAS TOLD THE NEW PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE NOR DID ANYONE KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD BE. SINCE THEN, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING THOUGH I WAS PROMISED AN UPDATE. MEANWHILE I DRIVE THE CAR WITH GREAT FEAR, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DRIVE IT.
AIRBAG ' I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT A FEW DAYS AGO. WHEN I WAS HIT HEAD ON, MY AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO PUT OUT THERE THAT MY CAR WAS ALSO TOTALED AND WHEN I WAS HIT I WAS GOING 45, AND THE OTHER DRIVER WAS GOING 60. WHICH IS QUITE A HEFTY IMPACT FOR A SMALL CAR BEING HIT BY A LIFTED 2016 TOYOTA TUNDRA, AND FOR THE AIRBAGS NOT TO DEPLOY. I AM GOING TO BE SUING DODGE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE AT AN INTERSECTION YIELDING THE RIGHT OF WAY TO A PEDESTRIAN. THE VEHICLE BEHIND CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF THE CONTACTS VEHICLE. THE SEAT BELTS FOR THE DRIVER, FRONT PASSENGER AND REAR PASSENGER FAILED TO REMAIN LATCHED DURING THE CRASH. IN ADDITION, NO AIRBAGS DEPLOYED AND THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE ENTIRE REAR SEAT ROW DETACHED CAUSING HER CHILD SEATED IN THE REAR TO COME IN CONTACT WITH THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE SEAT DURING THE CRASH. THE CONTACT AND HER 2 CHILDREN SUSTAINED WHIPLASH INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A COLLISION CENTER WHERE THE BUMPER WAS REPLACED BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO FOLLOW UP WITH HER INSURANCE COMPANY TO CONTACT THEM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,155.
WAS DRIVING MY 2013 DODGE DART, WHEN I WENT TO PARK THE SHIFTER WOULD MOVE BUT IT WAS NOT ACTUALLY CHANGING GEARS. I HAD TO TURN ON EMERGENCY BRAKE AND TURN ENGINE OFF I AM NOW UNABLE TO TAKE KEY OUT AND I HAD TO LET THE BATTERY DIE, THE VEHICLE IS NOW DISABLED IN FRONT OF A FRIENDS HOUSE AND I AM UNABLE TO MOVE IT.

V34/NHTSA 19V-293 THIS RECALL HAS BEEN UP FOR A WHILE AND I'VE CALLED SEVERAL DODGE DEALERSHIPS TO GET THIS REPAIRED, THE ONLY ANSWER THEY GIVE ME IS TO GO ON MOPAR RECALLS AND TYPE IN MY EMAIL TO GET NOTIFICATION WHEN THE PART IS AVAILABLE. I RECEIVED A LETTER ON MAY 24, 2019 STATING THAT THERE IS A RECALL BUT THAT THERE WAS NO REMEDY AND BY MAY 31 THEY WILL CONTACT/MAIL US WITH A FOLLOW UP RECALL. IT IS JUNE 11,2019 AND THERE IS NO SIGN OF A REMEDY OR A SOLUTION. I DRIVE FROM RIVERSIDE TO LOS ANGELES EVERYDAY AND WITH THIS RECALL I'M PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER AND ALSO OTHERS LIVES IN DANGER.

I REVERSED VEHICLE OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY INTO THE STREET AND AS I WAS SHIFTING INTO 'DRIVE' THE VEHICLE WENT INTO NEUTRAL. SHIFTER MOVES AS NORMAL, VEHICLE REMAINS IN NEUTRAL. WITH THIS I AM UNABLE TO TURN VEHICLE OFF SINCE IT WILL NOT GO INTO 'PARK.' DEALERSHIPS VERY UNHELPFUL SAYING THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR THEM TO EVEN LOOK AT THE VEHICLE. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH CHRYSLER EVER AGAIN. MY 2 YEAR OLD WAS ALSO IN THE VEHICLE, HAD TO PUT THE HAND BRAKES UP TO STOP CAR FROM MOVING.

APPARENTLY THERE IS A WIDE SPREAD PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE AND THIS ISSUE BUT MY VIN IS NOT INCLUDED, THEREFORE I AM UNABLE TO GET ANY HELP FIXING THIS. FIRST START UP IN THE MORNING. MY DAUGHTER JUST PURCHASED A 2013 DODGE DART 4 MONTHS AGO AND THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE HAS ALREADY BEEN FAILING. I KNOW SEVERAL OTHER 2013 DODGE DARTS HAVE HAD A RECALL FOR THIS AND UNFORTUNATELY MY DAUGHTERS CAR HAS NOT BUT IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. THEY WONT PAY FOR IT WITHOUT THE RECALL ON THAT VIN # . I THINK IF THERE IS A DEFECT ON THESE 2013 DARTS THEY ALL SHOULD BE RECALLED
VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE APPROVED FOR RECALL CONCERNING (MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH) WHICH IS THE WINDSHIELD WIPER CONTROLLER AS ITS COMMUNICATING CABLES ARE TOO FRAGILE TO WORK UNDER REGULAR TURNING SIGNAL USAGE AS CABLE WITHIN COMPONENT GETS PULLED BY IT'S OWN REGULAR MOTION AT USAGE. THIS CAUSES THE CABLES WITHIN THE SWITCH TO GET CUT AND BROKEN MAKING IT TO BREAK COMPLETELY. BECAUSE THE PART IS NOT BEING PRODUCED BY MOPAR THE PART IS NOT FOUND AS DODGE DEALERS MAKE YOU WAIT IN LINE NEXT TO 400 OTHER DODGE DRIVER OWNERS IN ORDER TO GET THE PART (WHEN THEY START PRODUCING THE PART) WHICH THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMATION OF BEING PRODUCED BY MOPAR.
VEHICLE "BUCKING" BETWEEN 1500 AND 2000 RPM. PROBLEM MULTIPLE PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCING. SEEMS TO BE EITHER CLOGGED FUEL FILTERS, FUEL PUMP, SPARK PLUGS, OR IGNITION COILS WITH THE LAST TWO BEING THE PRIMARY. CONTINUOUS ISSUE FOR OVER A YEAR. TOOK TO DODGE. SAID IT WAS FIXED, BUT PROBLEM CONTINUED. THEY WOULD NO LONGER LOOK INTO ISSUE BECAUSE VEHICLE HIT 100,000 MILES.

VACUUM PUMP LEAKING OIL AND A BURNING SMELL COMES THROUGH THE VENTS WHEN BRAKES ARE PUSHED, ALSO CAUSED THE O2 SENSOR TO GO BAD AND A/C TO NOT WORK LIKE IT SHOULD. THIS HAPPENS WHEN DRIVING AND YOU PUSH THE BRAKES TO SLOW DOWN OR COME TO A STOP.

IT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND HAS CAUSED INCIDENTS WHERE I WILL BE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD IN THIRD OR FOURTH GEAR AND IT WILL JUST SLIP INTO NEAUTRAL AND LOCK UP. I HAVE READ NUMEROUS OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS HAPPENING IN OTHER DODGE DARTS YEARS 2013-2018. THE TRANSMISSION COMPONENTS ARE FAULTY. I HAVE HAD IT REPAIRED AND IT IS COSTLY JUST FOR IT TO FAIL AGAIN AND AGAIN. I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK@ 0730 HRS, TRAVELING ON I 294 N/B, AT A SPEED OF APPROX 45/50 MPH WHEN I HEARD A LOUD POP. AS I ATTEMPTED TO REDUCE MY SPEED, TO MOVE OUT OF THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC, I NOTICED MY BRAKES WERE NO LONGER FUNCTIONING. I PULLED THE HAND BREAK UP, WHICH DID NOT RESPOND, I PUSHED IT DOWN AND PULLED IT UP A SECOND TIME, WHICH BARELY SLOWED MY VEHICLE, BUT DID ALLOW ME TO COAST TO A SLOW STOP ON THE SHOULDER. AT THIS TIME, THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES. I EXITED THE VEHICLE AND A MAN WHO HAD BEEN TRAVELING BEHIND ME, PULLED OVER TO SAY THAT HE HAD SEEN FLAMES COMING FROM MY TAIL PIPE, BEFORE THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT BURST INTO FLAME. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED 911. I WAITED IN THE RAIN FOR ILLINOIS STATE POLICE AND THE FIRE DEPT TO RESPOND. STATE POLICE REPORT#IL 0229900 WAS MADE UPON THE TROOPERS ARRIVAL.
SERVICE TRANSMISSION MESSAGE ON DASH AFTER ABOUT 50 MILES OF DRIVING NORMAL. WON'T SHIFT INTO SECOND GEAR UNTIL 4200 RPM DROPS TO 1000 RPM THEN SHIFTS INTO THIRD GEAR EARLY AT 2400 RPM WHEN TURNED VEHICLE OFF AND TRY TO TURN BACK ON IT SAYS AUTOSTICK NOT AVAILABLE. CLEAR ALL CODES WORKS FINE. IT'S BEEN AT THE DEALERSHIP 4 TIMES WITH NO DIAGNOSIS. THEY HAVE DONE THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE RECALL TWICE. EVERY TIME IT HAS HAPPENED THERE HAS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH IN BETWEEN. TENDS TO HAPPEN AFTER ABOUT DRIVING 50 MILES NORMALLY.
WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION AND I PROCEEDED TO MAKE A RIGHT HAND TURN THE VEHICLE STALLED OUT CAUSING ME TO SHIFT THE GEAR INTO PARK BEFORE STARTING THE VEHICLE BACK UP. BUT AS I TRIED STARTING THE VEHICLE IT HESITATED TO START AND I HAD TO WAIT A MOMENT MAYBE THREE TO SEVEN MINUTES BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE STARTED AGAIN ONLY TO HAVE IT STALL OUT AGAIN WHILE MAKING ANOTHER RIGHT HAND TURN. I ALSO NOTICED THE INTERIOR LIGHTS FLASHING ON THE DASH AS WELL AS A BLINKING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT APPEARING.
THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS ON MY CAR ARE STUCK IN THE ON POSITION CAUSING THEM TO RUN CONSTANTLY, EVEN THOUGH THE LEVER IS SET TO THE OFF POSITION. THIS HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING MY VEHICLE AFTER I USED THE LEFT TURN SIGNAL.

I PULLED INTO MY DRIVEYES WAY AND PLACED THE CAR ON PARK. TO MY SURPRISE, THE CAR KEPT MOVING AND STAYED ON DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO REMOVE THE KEY, SO IN ORDER TO SAVE THE BATTERY, I HAD TO UNPLUG IT. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRY TO CHANGE THE GEAR FROM DRIVE TO PARK, IT STAYS ON DRIVE.

THE MANUAL TRANSMISSION DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SHIFT INTO CERTAIN GEARS AFTER STARTING THE CAR. THIS CAN OCCUR FOR A WHILE AFTER THE INITIAL IGNITION, OFTEN NOT ALLOWING THE VEHICLE TO MOVE THROUGH INTERSECTIONS SAFELY. I SOMETIMES CANNOT SHIFT INTO 1ST GEAR AFTER STOPPING AT A STOPLIGHT, AND SOMETIMES CANNOT SHIFT INTO SECOND GEAR, IF I AM ABLE TO GET IT INTO 1ST GEAR. OCCASIONALLY, IF I LEAVE THE TRANSMISSION IN 1ST GEAR OR REVERSE WHEN PARKED, AND I START THE VEHICLE, EVEN THOUGH THE CLUTCH PEDAL IS FULLY DEPRESSED, THE TRANSMISSION IS ENGAGED, AND CAUSES THE VEHICLE TO MOVE ON IGNITION. APPLYING THE BRAKES MAKES STALLS THE VEHICLE. I OCCASIONALLY HAVE TO PUMP THE BRAKES, AND/OR CLUTCH PEDAL SEVERAL TIMES IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE TRANSMISSION TO CHANGE GEARS PROPERLY. I HAVE READ SEVERAL POSTS ON FORUMS INDICATING THAT IT IS DUE TO A DEFECTIVE MASTER AND/OR SLAVE CYLINDER. DODGE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED THE ISSUE BY EXTENDING THE LENGTH OF THE WARRANTY ON THIS PART, BUT I BELIEVE THAT THIS SHOULD BE A SAFETY RECALL. IT'S VERY FRIGHTENING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO MOVE OUT OF AN INTERSECTION, AND THERE IS ONCOMING TRAFFIC, AND YOU CANNOT GET THE CAR INTO THE NEXT GEAR. THIS STARTED HAPPENING ABOUT A YEAR AGO, AND SEEMS TO BE INCREASING IN OCCURRENCE.

MY 2013 1.4L TURBO DART WAS IN SERVICE WITHIN THE LAST 2 WEEKS. WAS INFORMED THAT MY SLAVE CYLINDER, MASTER CYLINDER AND BRAKE BOOSTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND WAS UNDER RECALL. ENDED UP IN AN ACCIDENT ON THE FREEWAY BECAUSE MY ABS FAILED AND MY CAR SLID. I WAS INFORMED THAT IT DOES HAVE TO DO WITH THE BRAKE BOOSTER. WAS TOLD BY DODGE PARTS WERE ON ORDER, I CALL AND THEY HAVE NO RECORD AND THAT THERE ARE NO RECALLS FOR MY VEHICLE. WHEN IT WAS INSPECTED WAS INFORMED THE THREE ABOVE PARTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THEY SAID IT WAS ALL RECALL PARTS. OF COURSE NO FORMS OR DOCUMENTATION WAS GIVEN AT THE APPOINTMENT.
EACH DEALERSHIP THAT I CONTACT TO TRY AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO FIX THE RECALL PROBLEM THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PART FOR IT AND I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD ORDER THE PART AND CALL ME WHEN IT COMES IN. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST A YEAR.

I AM WRITING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LENGTH OF TIME THAT IT TOOK FOR MY VEHICLE. IT STATED CLEARLY IN THE RECALL LETTER I RECEIVED THAT THE SERVICE WOULD TAKE 1 HOUR. MAYBE A LITTLE LONGER. WHEN I MADE THE APPT. I WAS TOLD THE PARTS WERE IN STOCK. I DROPPED OFF MY CAR THE NEXT MORNING, AND WAS TOLD 3 HOURS IF I WANTED TO WAIT. I CALLED THEM 2 DAYS LATER AND WAS TOLD PARTS NEEDED TO BE ORDERED, AND IT WOULD BE 2 WEEKS UNTIL THEY (THE DEALERSHIP) COULD GET THEM. AFTER THE 2 WEEKS, WITH NO UPDATE FROM THEM, I GOT A CALL SAYING THE PARTS DIDNT TAKE, THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THEM AGAIN. THIS HAPPENED ONE MORE TIME. ALL IN ALL MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP FOR A MONTH FOR A 1 HOUR TREATMENT. ON TOP OF THAT MY VEHICLE, WHICH I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE IN, WAS RETURNED TO ME FILTHY AND WITH A BROKEN SEAT. AFTER OVER 30 DAYS IN A DEALERSHIP AND IT COULDNT EVEN BE DETAILED OR CLEANED?? MAYBE AN OIL CHANGE? I HAVE COMPLAINED TO DODGE AND THEY ARE SWEEPING IT UNDER THE RUG JUST AS THE DEALERSHIP HAS DONE.
AFTER LENGTHY OIL CONSUMPTION TESTS ON CAR BY THE DEALER, I WAS TOLD IT BURNS 1 QUART OF OIL EVERY 1000 MILES AND I WOULD HAVE TO ADD OIL AT THAT RATE. ALSO TOLD THIS WAS "ACCEPTABLE" BY CHRYSLER. NO LOW OIL LIGHT COMES ON, EVEN WHEN THE ENGINE TOTALLY FAILED AND I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP. CURRENTLY HAVE 25000 MILES AFTER 2.5 YEARS OWNED.
MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON FREQUENTLY. I HAVE CALLED THE DEALER TO HAVE IT CHECKED, BUT BY THEY TIME I GET AN APPOINTMENT, THE LIGHT HAS GONE OFF. THIS IS QUITE ANNOYING BECAUSE I WANT TO MAKE SURE MY CAR IS RUNNING WELL WITHOUT DEFECT.
WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START MY DART, THE CLUTCH PEDAL WILL HAVE NO TENSION IN IT. THE PEDAL WILL GO STRAIGHT DOWN TO THE FLOOR WITH NO EFFORT AND WILL STICK DOWN. I HAVE TO USE MY FOOT TO PULL IT BACK UP. THE CAR WILL ALSO NOT GO INTO GEAR WHEN THIS OCCURS. YOU HAVE TO EITHER TURN THE CAR OFF OR LET IT STALL, THEN PUMP THE CLUTCH 10-20 TIMES IN ORDER TO GET THE TENSION NEEDED. SOMETIMES THIS DOESN'T HELP AT ALL AND YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IT. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE! FCA KNOWS THERE IS AN ISSUE, THEY'VE EXTENDED THE WARRANTY TO 60,000, BUT MY CAR HAVING 83,XXX MILES THEY DON'T CARE. FIRST EXTENDED SERVICE CORPORATION WHO I PURCHASED AN "EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT" THROUGH DOESN'T CARE EITHER. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND THE REPRESENTATIVE FLAT OUT TOLD ME "NO" AND HUNG UP. I'VE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM FOR WELL OVER A YEAR. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH MY DODGE DART. IT STARTED BACK IN NOVEMBER 2014 WHEN THE CAR WOULDN'T START AND IT SAID SERVICE TRANSMISSION, I HAD IT TOWED AND THEY DEALERSHIP SAID IT WAS AN UPDATE ISSUE. THE SECOND TIME THE SERVICE TRANSMISSION LIGHT CAME ONE I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY SAID THAT THE UPDATE DIDN'T TAKE, HOURS LATER TOLD ME IT WAS ALL SET TO GO, WENT TO PICK IT UP AND THE CAR WOULDN'T START, DEALER KEPT IT OVER NIGHT, CALLED NEXT DAY AND TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T RECREATE ISSUE AND I NEEDED TO PICK THE CAR UP UNFIXED! COUPLE DAYS LATER THE SERVICE TRANSMISSION LIGHT CAME BACK, TOOK CAR BACK IN THEY REPLACED THE TCM. THEY CAR STILL SHIFTS HORRILE, THE CAR STARTS SHIFTING GEARS WHILE AT A COMPLETE STOP, AND MOST RECENTLY THE CAR HAS STARTED NOT KNOWING WHAT GEAR ITS IN AND JUST SHIFTS TO NEUTRAL, WHICH IS PRETTY DANGEROUS WHILE DRIVING!!!!
