While driving over 70 mph on a Kansas turnpike, your Tahoe suddenly lost all driving power and a "service transmission" message appeared on the dashboard. After restarting the engine and having a dealer perform some troubleshooting steps, the message cleared and you were able to drive again, but you're concerned this could happen again while on the highway. This type of sudden power loss while driving at highway speeds is a serious safety hazard. The fix will likely involve a transmission diagnostic scan and possible software update or transmission service at a Chevrolet dealer.

Your panoramic sunroof suddenly shattered and imploded while you were driving at highway speed, making a loud noise like a gunshot. There was no impact from road debris or other objects that caused this to happen. The repair will likely involve replacing the entire panoramic sunroof assembly.

Your new Tahoe didn't come with an owner's manual. You've tried contacting the dealership by email twice and called the salesperson once, but haven't received a response. Getting the manual will likely involve requesting it from your dealership or downloading a digital copy from Chevrolet's website.
