While driving on a dirt road in Death Valley National Park at low speed, multiple shocks on your truck failed suddenly — first the front passenger shock, then the front driver shock, and finally the rear driver shock. This damage also affected the front axle and rear driver-side wheel, but no warning lights appeared before the failures. Your dealer refused to repair the vehicle under warranty, citing the rough terrain as the cause.
