When you use your turn signals, you hear a loud abnormal noise and your check engine light comes on. After this happens, the engine won't restart. The issue occurred at around 200,000 miles on your vehicle. A mechanic should diagnose the engine and electrical system to identify what's causing the noise and restart failure.
