2008 Chevrolet Equinox Brakes Problems

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS AND THEN DEPRESSING THE BRAKES, THE PEDAL WOULD GO TRAVEL TO THE FLOORBOARD ABNORMALLY AND WITHOUT WARNING. IN ORDER TO STOP THE VEHICLE THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO APPLY THE EMERGENCY BRAKE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND AFTER TEST DRIVING THE VEHICLE THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIND ANY FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 34,214. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
