Your 2025 Colorado's infotainment system and digital instrument cluster went completely dark just days after purchase, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. GM has acknowledged this is a known software issue (Service Bulletin PIT6362 from April 2025), but there is no fix available yet and dealers are not replacing hardware. Restoring functionality will likely require a software update from GM once it becomes available.
