While driving, your car suddenly displayed multiple warning lights and your steering wheel became very stiff and hard to turn. The dealer found that your crankshaft pulley system failed and the vibration damper needed replacement, which also prevented the engine from properly charging the battery, causing it to fail. At only 38,000 miles, your car has experienced multiple serious issues including a water pump failure at 35,000-36,000 miles. The steering problem created a significant safety hazard that could have caused an accident.
