The contact stated his wife was driving at 35 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed to slow the vehicle down however her purse got entrapped near the brake pedal and accelerator pedal causing her to crash into the vehicle in front who was stopped. The air bags failed to deploy and the seat belt failed to retract.

I have 3 outstanding recalls on my bmw starting since 2016. I have brought my car into an authorized bmw dealership 5 times since then to have the recalls fixed, and each time they have avoided completing the recall.
